Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all daily operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and resolve complex guest issues efficiently.
- Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Implement and maintain safety protocols and emergency procedures.
- Drive revenue through upselling strategies and marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospitality management, preferably in a Full Time shift work capacity.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
