Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and engineering.
- Develop and manage annual budgets and revenue strategies to maximize profitability (P&L ownership).
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as corporate brand standards.
- Foster a positive work environment by recruiting, training, mentoring, and retaining top talent.
- Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently to ensure 100% guest satisfaction scores.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local tourism boards and corporate partners.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel management.
- Proven track record of managing P&L, budgeting, and driving revenue growth.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including Front Office Systems (Opera, Fidelio) and revenue management tools.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on conflict resolution and leadership.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as required.
