Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage departments.
- Manage budgets, financial reporting, and revenue strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Mentor and develop staff to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.
- Handle guest complaints and special requests with the utmost professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance, renovations, and supply management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related supervisory role.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and consistently exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team development.
- Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
