Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and resolve any complex guest issues immediately.
- Manage the annual budget and monthly P&L, ensuring cost controls are met.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing management and staff team.
- Maintain compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury property.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
