Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Manage linen inventory and restock amenities to brand standards
- Operate industrial-grade cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues promptly to maintenance team
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping team for seamless shift transitions
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Valid driver's license with clean record (for supply runs)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
