Responsibilities
- Perform night audit duties, including balancing the PMS (Property Management System) and reviewing daily financial reports.
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs efficiently, and answer inquiries with a premium service mindset.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area and lobby during the night shift.
- Monitor security systems and ensure the safety of the property and guests.
- Handle guest complaints or requests immediately and escalate to management when necessary.
- Assist with light administrative tasks and data entry to ensure accurate records.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality, front desk operations, or night audit is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros) is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor are essential.
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM).
