Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
- Manage the hotel budget, ensuring financial targets are met through cost control and efficient resource allocation.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals to foster a culture of excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies.
- Handle high-level guest relations and resolve complex issues to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies accordingly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations systems and PMS (e.g., Opera, StayNTouch).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Proven track record of financial management and budgeting.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
