Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage.
- Manage staff schedules, conduct performance reviews, and foster a positive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and company policies.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure high satisfaction scores.
- Monitor budget and financial performance, implementing strategies to maximize revenue.
- Coordinate with vendors and external partners for maintenance and services.
- Lead nightly shift meetings to align the team on priorities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management is preferred.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
