Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service during check-in/check-out processes and throughout guest stays
- Assist with managing room assignments and reservation inquiries using hotel management systems
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and food service departments for seamless operations
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby, public areas, and front desk stations
- Process payments and handle cash/credit card transactions accurately
- Participate in daily briefings and ongoing training sessions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality students encouraged to apply)
- Basic computer literacy with ability to learn reservation systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
