Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring a seamless guest experience from check-in to check-out.
- Financial Management: Manage the P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Guest Relations: Act as the primary contact for VIP guests and handle complex complaints with grace and efficiency to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Team Management: Recruit, train, and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Sales & Marketing: Drive revenue through effective marketing strategies, group sales, and local business development initiatives.
- Compliance: Ensure all state and federal regulations, as well as company policies, are strictly followed.
- Event Coordination: Collaborate with the events team to ensure successful hotel functions and banquets.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading diverse teams and improving staff performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests and staff.
- Software Proficiency: Expertise in Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability: Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
- Problem Solving: Strong crisis management and conflict resolution skills.
