Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the hotel, including front office, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance.
- Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss), ensuring profitability and cost control measures are strictly adhered to.
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to drive occupancy and revenue growth.
- Foster a positive work environment that prioritizes employee engagement, retention, and professional development.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest service and satisfaction are consistently delivered.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors, community partners, and local businesses.
- Comply with all local, state, and federal regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale setting.
- Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and P&L statements.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor diverse teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and MS Office Suite.
- Valid Florida driver's license and a clean driving record.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
