Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily hotel operations, including front-of-house, housekeeping, and backend departments.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Manage the P&L, budgeting, and forecasting to ensure financial targets are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Ensure the highest standards of guest satisfaction and service quality.
- Build and maintain relationships with local vendors and community partners.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Oracle, Opera).
- Proven ability to analyze financial data and drive operational efficiency.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
