In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction of the property, ensuring operational excellence while maintaining our reputation for luxury and comfort.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to drive revenue, occupancy rates, and brand awareness.
- Manage the P&L (Profit & Loss) statement, including budgeting, forecasting, and rigorous cost control measures.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and retain a diverse team of hospitality professionals.
- Foster strong relationships with local community leaders, corporate partners, and government entities.
- Ensure strict compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, and fire regulations.
- Monitor industry trends to ensure the property remains competitive in the Albuquerque market.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or resort setting.
- Proven ability to manage P&L statements, drive profitability, and achieve operational targets.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a large team.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail in guest service delivery.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is strongly preferred.
- Certification in hospitality management (e.g., CHA) is a plus.
