Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations with precision, including check-ins, check-outs, and managing reservations.

- Conduct security screenings and manage access control systems to ensure the safety of all personnel and visitors.
- Perform night audit duties accurately, including reconciling accounts and generating daily reports.
- Maintain a pristine reception area and adhere to all health and safety protocols.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in front desk operations or customer service.
- Strong proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
