Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-in/check-out processes using hotel management systems
- Handle reservation inquiries, modifications, and room assignments with precision
- Resolve guest concerns promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Process payments, manage cash handling procedures, and generate daily reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to optimize operations
- Act as primary information resource for local attractions and hotel amenities
- Maintain organized front desk area and ensure compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- 1+ years hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems (Opera, Delphi) and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality certification a plus
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking capabilities
- Valid Maryland driver's license and reliable transportation
