Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and professionally, managing the check-in and check-out process with efficiency and accuracy.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding local attractions, amenities, and services.
- Process payments, including credit cards and cash, while ensuring strict adherence to company financial policies.
- Maintain the pristine appearance of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Handle security access control and manage key card issuance.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining guest records.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must possess a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
