In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, from front-of-house guest services to back-of-house management. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure maximum guest satisfaction and efficient workflow.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of department heads and staff, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Develop and execute annual budgets and financial forecasts to meet revenue goals.
- Handle escalated guest complaints and ensure resolution to the guest's satisfaction.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to drive occupancy rates and group business.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or full-service property.
- Proven track record of financial management, including P&L responsibility and budgeting.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Valid hospitality management certification is preferred.
