Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily operations of the hotel to ensure high standards of guest satisfaction and quality control.
- Manage and mentor a diverse team of hospitality professionals, including front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage staff.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive revenue, occupancy rates, and profitability.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L management, budgeting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal laws, as well as corporate policies and safety regulations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with guests, vendors, and community stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a luxury or upscale environment.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of motivating staff and achieving operational goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in hotel management software and POS systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
