Responsibilities
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and service.
- Manage and train staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance teams.
- Monitor financial performance, including P&L, budgets, and expense controls.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure 100% guest satisfaction.
- Implement marketing strategies to increase occupancy and revenue.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
- Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with vendors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in hotel management or a related field.
- High school diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Cloudbeds).
- Valid driver's license required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
