Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage the front desk operations, including check-ins, check-outs, and phone inquiries.
- Process payments and handle guest requests efficiently and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby and common areas.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.
