Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations efficiently during night hours, including check-ins, check-outs, and room assignments.
- Respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a focus on problem-solving and satisfaction.
- Monitor security systems and conduct nightly building inspections to ensure guest safety.
- Process payments accurately using the hotel Property Management System (PMS).
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests and maintenance issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or hotel operations preferred.
- Ability to work flexible night shift schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in MS Office and hotel PMS software (e.g., Opera, Micros).
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate amounts of weight.
