Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently using property management systems
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and manage cash drawer accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Upsell room upgrades and hotel amenities
- Maintain detailed records of guest interactions
- Ensure lobby and reception areas remain pristine
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year hotel or customer service experience
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in PMS systems (Opera, Opera Cloud preferred)
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for errands)
- Bilingual English/Spanish is highly preferred
