- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a memorable first impression.
- Assist with check-in and check-out processes efficiently using hotel management software.
- Answer multi-line phone systems and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person.
- Manage cash handling and process payments accurately.
- Resolve guest complaints or concerns with patience and professionalism.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required; comprehensive training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
