Responsibilities
- Check guests in and out efficiently using our property management system.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and lobby area.
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests with a positive attitude.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties and maintenance requests.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous hospitality experience is a plus but not required (we provide training).
- Must be available for shift work, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with computers and basic software applications.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
