Responsibilities
- Check in/out guests efficiently with our property management system
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve service issues proactively Process payments and manage cash drawer with precision
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Market hotel amenities and local attractions to guests
- Maintain immaculate front desk appearance
- Assist with valet and concierge services as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Zero hospitality experience required – we train all new hires!
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with technology
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts
- Must pass background check and drug screening
