Responsibilities
- Provide warm, personalized check-in/check-out services using PMS software
- Handle guest inquiries with empathy and resolve service issues promptly
- Process payments and maintain accurate cash drawer procedures
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for guest requests
- Manage reservation systems and optimize room availability
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
- Uphold brand standards in all guest interactions
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – open to career changers and recent graduates
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with learning new systems
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
