Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.
- Manage the front desk operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing guest inquiries efficiently.
- Assist guests with requests, including restaurant recommendations, transportation arrangements, and local area information.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, reception area, and public spaces to uphold our high standards of luxury.
- Collaborate with the housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs promptly and effectively.
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily deposits with accuracy.
Qualifications

- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evening shifts.
