Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional greetings to all guests at the front desk.
- Assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries promptly.
- Maintain a tidy and organized lobby area and public spaces.
- Handle guest requests, such as room changes and wake-up calls, with a smile.
- Resolve minor guest issues or complaints to ensure 100% satisfaction.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure room readiness.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
