- Process payments and handle cash, credit, and digital transactions securely.
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services to enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby area.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
