- Provide exceptional front desk service including check-ins/check-outs
- Manage guest inquiries and resolve service issues
- Process reservations and room assignments accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Operate hotel management systems and POS equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby areas

Qualifications
