Responsibilities
- Perform deep cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using industry-standard techniques
- Change linens, restock amenities, and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently (carpet cleaners, buffers, etc.)
- Adhere to strict sanitation protocols and safety procedures during all shifts
- Report maintenance issues or guest concerns promptly to supervisors
- Collaborate with team members during shift transitions for seamless operations
- Complete detailed inspection checklists to ensure quality standards are met
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand/walk for extended periods
- Flexible availability for rotating shifts (days, evenings, weekends, holidays)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic English proficiency for team communication
- No prior experience required - comprehensive training provided
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision
