Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage guest check-in/check-out processes using our property management system
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process payments, resolve billing discrepancies, and handle cash transactions accurately
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with luggage handling and valet services as needed
- Upsell hotel amenities and local attractions to enhance guest experiences
- Participate in daily team briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required – we train motivated beginners!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Basic computer proficiency (typing skills preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset
- Must pass background check and drug screening
