Responsibilities
- Provide warm, professional, and efficient check-in and check-out services for guests.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Maintain a pristine lobby and common areas, ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.
- Assist with room service orders and coordinate with housekeeping for maintenance requests.
- Process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions securely.
- Manage the front desk operations during shifts, ensuring coverage and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience is a plus.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficiency in hotel management software or PMS systems.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate loads.
