Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding guest service at the front desk, check-in/check-out processes, and concierge services
- Maintain pristine hotel cleanliness standards in guest rooms and common areas
- Assist with event setup and execution for conferences, weddings, and social gatherings
- Operate hotel systems including reservations management and point-of-sale software
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries and resolve service issues with professionalism
- Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B teams for seamless operations
- Adhere to all safety protocols and brand standards at all times
Qualifications
- No prior hotel or hospitality experience required – we provide comprehensive training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Physical ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Valid Missouri driver's license (if required for shuttle services)
- Positive attitude with strong problem-solving capabilities
