Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, ensuring a memorable first and last impression.
- Check guests in and out efficiently using hotel management software and verify identification.
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to guest inquiries via email or in person with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Assist with luggage handling, valet services, and transportation coordination to ensure seamless guest flow.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area and lobby spaces.
- Process payments and manage daily cash handling with strict accuracy and adherence to security protocols.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address and resolve guest requests promptly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interact positively with a diverse range of guests.
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a genuine desire to help others and solve problems.
- Reliability and punctuality are essential for this role.
- Basic computer literacy (typing and navigating windows/macOS is a plus).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift moderate luggage (up to 25 lbs).
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred for valet or shuttle duties).
