Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor upon arrival.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding hotel amenities, directions, and reservations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area, lobby, and common spaces.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy.
- Process payments and handle customer complaints or requests with patience and problem-solving skills.
- Support special events and hotel functions as needed.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required—we provide full training!
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light objects (up to 25 lbs).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- A valid driver’s license is a plus but not mandatory.
