Responsibilities
- Guest Services: Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
- Operations Support: Answer incoming calls, manage emails, and respond to guest inquiries regarding services and local attractions.
- Housekeeping Coordination: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the lobby, common areas, and front desk.
- Reception Duties: Handle cash transactions accurately and operate the property management system (PMS).
- Event Support: Assist with setting up and breaking down for hotel events and meetings as needed.
- Brand Representation: Uphold the hotel's high standards of service and represent the brand professionally at all times.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Reliability: Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, walk throughout the property, and lift moderate weights (up to 25 lbs).
- Attitude: A positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn new skills quickly.
- Availability: Open availability is preferred for part-time roles.
