Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests with a friendly smile and professional demeanor.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to guest inquiries regarding services and amenities.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and common areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Handle cash transactions and balance registers accurately.
- Uphold the hotel’s standards of service and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – We provide training!
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 20 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Strong customer service orientation and a positive attitude.
