Responsibilities
- Maintain pristine guest rooms and common areas with industry-leading cleaning protocols
- Manage inventory of linens, amenities, and cleaning supplies
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere to safety and sanitation standards exceeding industry requirements
- Collaborate with front desk and maintenance teams for seamless guest experiences
- Execute deep cleaning projects during room turnovers and seasonal turnovers
- Train new team members on cleaning procedures and brand standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year professional housekeeping experience in luxury/hotel environment
- Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs consistently
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
- Proficiency with housekeeping management software (e.g., OPERA)
- Strong communication skills in English (bilingual Spanish preferred)
- Clean background check and reliable transportation
