Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of guest rooms, common areas, and back-of-house spaces
- Change linens, restock amenities, and ensure all rooms meet brand standards
- Operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
- Report maintenance issues and guest requests promptly to management
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards at all times
- Collaborate with team members to optimize room turnover times
- Complete detailed inspection checklists for quality assurance
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or custodial experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Basic communication skills and customer service mindset
- Reliable transportation to Atlanta locations
