Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and vacuuming.
- Deep clean and maintain public areas such as lobbies, hallways, and restrooms.
- Report maintenance issues and lost items to the front desk.
- Adhere to all health and safety standards.
- Stock cleaning supplies and maintain inventory.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when encountered.
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
- Attention to detail and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- Valid driver's license (if required for the role).
