Responsibilities
- Provide warm and professional welcome to guests upon arrival and departure.
- Assist in the daily cleaning and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and efficiency using the hotel management system.
- Restock amenities, linens, and supplies in guest rooms and common areas.
- Collaborate with the front desk and housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Qualifications
- No prior hotel experience required; full training is provided.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
