Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest industry standards.
- Make beds and change linens according to strict hotel protocols and brand guidelines.
- Restock amenities such as soap, shampoo, towels, and toilet paper.
- Report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including housekeeping carts and closets.
- Interact professionally and courteously with guests and fellow team members.
- Follow all safety and security procedures at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred but not required.
- No prior housekeeping experience needed; we provide full training.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
