Responsibilities

- Assist with daily housekeeping duties or front desk operations as assigned.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, lobbies, and public spaces.
- Handle check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries professionally and efficiently.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Adhere to all safety, hygiene standards, and company policies at all times.
- Support special events and other operational needs as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred, but not strictly required for entry-level).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to reach our locations in Illinois and Florida.
