Responsibilities
- Manage seamless guest check-ins/check-outs during overnight hours with personalized service
- Perform daily financial audits including cash handling, credit card reconciliations, and report generation
- Oversee hotel security protocols and emergency response procedures
- Coordinate maintenance requests and resolve guest inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate records of room statuses and reservation changes
- Train and supervise night shift staff including bellhops and security personnel
- Prepare end-of-day financial reports for management review
Qualifications
- 2+ years hotel front desk or night audit experience required
- Proficiency in Opera or Fidelio PMS systems
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Texas Food Handler/Seller certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible availability for overnight shifts (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management preferred
