Responsibilities
- Guest Room Preparation: Strip and make beds, ensuring linens are crisp and rooms are spotless according to company standards.
- Cleaning Duties: Dust furniture, vacuum carpets, and clean bathrooms thoroughly, including sinks, tubs, and toilets.
- Amenity Restocking: Refill soap, shampoo, and coffee supplies to maintain a well-stocked and welcoming guest room.
- Trash Removal: Empty trash cans and replace liners in guest rooms and common areas regularly.
- Quality Control: Perform final inspections of rooms to ensure they meet our high quality assurance criteria before guest check-in.
- Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or damages to the Housekeeping Manager immediately.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred; no prior experience necessary.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for cleanliness and a commitment to detail-oriented work.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
- Communication: Basic English communication skills to follow instructions and interact professionally with guests and team members.
