Responsibilities
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize guest rooms, including changing linens, restocking amenities, and polishing surfaces
- Deep-clean hotel corridors, lobbies, and public spaces to exceed guest expectations
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items promptly to management
- Adhere to strict hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and request restocks as needed
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to ensure timely room turnover
- Maintain professional appearance and positive guest interactions
