Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, and vacuuming.
- Restock bathrooms with fresh linens, toiletries, and amenities.
- Wipe down surfaces, clean mirrors, and empty trash receptacles.
- Maintain common areas, hallways, and lobby spaces to company standards.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and inquiries.
- Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team immediately.
- Ensure all cleaning chemicals are used safely and stored properly.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure efficient room turnover.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation to and from the hotel.
- Basic English language skills for communication.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
