Responsibilities
- Deep clean and sanitize guest rooms, ensuring all amenities are restocked and standards exceed brand requirements
- Handle laundry operations including bed linen, towels, and guest garments with precision
- Report maintenance issues and room discrepancies to the front desk promptly
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and eco-friendly cleaning procedures
- Collaborate with housekeeping team to optimize room turnover efficiency
- Maintain inventory control of cleaning supplies and guest amenities
- Deliver exceptional service with a warm, welcoming demeanor
Qualifications
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid work authorization and ability to pass background check
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of industry-standard cleaning techniques and products
- Basic English communication skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Nashville location
