Responsibilities
- Room Sanitation: Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to the highest standards of hygiene and presentation.
- Linens & Laundry: Sort, wash, fold, and replace linens and towels in guest rooms and public spaces.
- Restocking: Ensure guest amenities (soap, shampoo, coffee) are fully stocked and replenished daily.
- Deep Cleaning: Perform deep cleaning tasks, including dusting furniture, polishing fixtures, and vacuuming carpets thoroughly.
- Guest Interaction: Maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with guests and promptly address any special requests or maintenance issues.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all hotel safety protocols, chemical handling guidelines, and environmental standards.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous housekeeping or custodial experience is preferred but not required; training provided.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 30 lbs for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: A keen eye for detail to ensure every corner is spotless and welcoming.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
- Background Check: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills in English.
